Two Day Friends University Baseball Games Camp
Saturday January 9-10, 2016
Sara Park – Lake Havasu City AZ
Open to high school players.
Number of players at each position is limited.

The Cost of this even is ONLY $150


The Friends University Two Day Games Camp is open to High school players.  This event will host 60 players in the region. This event will be attended by Friends University, University of Central Oklahoma, Southeast Community College NE,  and Brown Mackie.

Friday Schedule

6:00pm to 6:45pm – Registration
6:45pm to 8:00pm – Baseball College Seminar put on by Rick Twyman – Friends University

Saturday Schedule

7:15am to 8:00am – Late Registration ” Stretch and Throw”
8:00am to 9:00am – Begin Defensive Skills Evaluations.
9:30am to 11:00am – Game 1 vs 2
11:15am to 12:45pm – Game 3 vs 4
12:50pm: Field prep
1:00pm to 2:30pm – Game 1 vs 3
2:45pm to 4:15 – Game 2 vs 4
4:30pm to 5:30pm College coaches and pro staff Q & A with parents.

Sunday Schedule

7:30am to 8:00am – Stretch and Throw
8:00am to 8:30am –  Run the 60
9:00am to 10:30am – Game 1 vs 4
10:45am to 12:15pm- Game 2 vs 3
12:15pm to 12:45pm College coaches and pro staff Q & A with parents.



1. Friday evening College Baseball Seminar put on Friends University “FREE ”

2. All players will do Defensive Showcase and play in 3 games

3.  Each game will have 6 innings and 5 batters per inning.  Each hitter will get 2-3 at bats per game

4. Ball players receive on-field instruction

5.  Coaches and Professional staff will be available at the conclusion of Saturday games for players and parents to get to meet the coaches and staff for Q & A

6. Written player evaluations

7. Pitchers (throw 2-3 innings which is 5 hitters an inning)

8.  Video Analysis is available

Friends Games Camp Rules

– All games will be a controlled (5) batters to the plate per each half inning. If three outs are recorded, bases will be cleared
– In case of hit by pitch (HBP), same hitter stays in box and starts a new “at bat” with a 1-1 count
– Lineups are posted to give each player equal amount of playing time “All American staff will make line up”
– Batting order is rolling, game 2 will pick up where game 1 ends for each team
– First team listed on schedule will be visitor
– Players will be placed in their primary or secondary position in the field
– Coaches in attendance will be there to call ball, strike, safe, and out
– All players must use high school certified BBCOR Bats or your chioce of wood bat
– Make sure that you have all of your baseball equipment and running or turf shoes
– Any dark colored belt or socks are okay
– Grey or white baseball pants
